Prepare the wide and heavy bottom pan with 1 cup of salt. Put salt as one layer and keep on plate or the plate which we get in pressure cooker above the salt and preheat for 10 mins.
In a bowl, add in egg, oil and sugar mix well until the everything is combined well and the sugar is completely melted add in vanilla extract and mix.
Mix instant coffee powder with water and add into the egg and sugar mixture. now add in milk and mix well.
In a separate bowl mix all the dry ingredients and combine well.
Add in the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients in portion and mix gently. Once everything is combined.
Prepare a pan with applying oil. Pour in the batter. Place it inside the cooker or the pan and cover the lid.
Bake for 30 to 40 mins or until the toothpick or knife inserted comes out clean.
Transfer the pan to a cooling rack and allow it to cool completely.
I covered the pan with aluminium foil and cooked the cake. Cake has raisen well and it stuck on top thats the look in the pic.
Note :
You can use 1 cup nattu sakkarai or jaggery powder depending on ur sweetness level. Measurement mentioned here is perfect as soaked the cake in sugar syrup.
You can bake in oven. Preheat oven to 180 degree for 10 mins. and bae for 35 to 40 mins or until the toothpick inserted comes out clean.
Cover the Batter pan with aluminium foil to avoid water dripping in the center of the batter.
Yummy! It looks moist, is it? I love rich chocolate cakes, they’re my favourites.
